In a new interview she explained why Calabar women are considered husband snatchers and her take on premarital sex

Queeneth Agbor is a fast rising Nollywood actress who has starred in movies such as Painful Kingdom with Olu Jacobs, Hooked with Francis Duru and The Movement (sanitation). She holds a Microbiology degree from the University of Calabar.

In a new interview with Punch newspaper, the Calabar-born actress also expressed her annoyance over the stereotype of Calabar women being husband snatchers. “I don’t think we (Calabar girls) are husband snatchers, but we know how to keep a man to ourselves.”

“Some men don’t like food, so you might not be able to keep him through that, but men like it when a lady is clean and of course good in bed. A Calabar girl is a combination of all.”

On the issue of premarital sex, she agrees it is essential to know what your boyfriend is working with before marriage. She said: “You have to know your package, I am not saying just go into it anyhow but just test it. You need to know what you are going into, so you don’t start cheating on your spouse.”

“Most marriages that break up are solely because of this issue. So I think it is important for you to know what you are getting into.”

Liverpool have their own miracle, Klopp

By
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has warned his side against complacency as they prepare to cross swords with Maribor in the Champions League on Wednesday, two weeks after pummelling the Slovenians 7-0. Klopp delved into the history books to underline the lesson for the five-time European champions as they try to take a decisive step towards qualification from Group E. In the 1954 World Cup the much-fancied Hungary, featuring Ferenc Puskas and Sandor Kocsis, beat the then West Germany team 8-3 in the group stages, only for the Germans to exact revenge in the final as they came from 2-0 down to win 3-2. Such was the achievement it was made into a 2003 film: “The Miracle of Bern”. Liverpool have their own miracle — when they recovered from 3-0 down to win the Champions League final in 2005 — and Klopp is well aware that football can be unpredictable. “I am from Germany so I know in 1954 we lost against Hungary in the group stage really clear then won the World Cup final,” he sai...

We Cannot Have A Fugitive As President- APC Tells Atiku

By
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has challenged Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), to come clean “on the nagging issue of his travel ban to the United States of America” following his alleged indictment for corruption in that country. The challenge came on Sunday as rumours of an alleged “presidential impostor” gathered momentum. The ruling party accused the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of instigating the ‘silly’ claim. The rumours took a dangerous hype at the weekend following the reported stabbing of a Nigerian diplomatic attaché recently in Sudan. Yekini Nabena, Deputy National Publicity Secretary of APC, in a statement, said the PDP was busy entertaining people with what it called “silly conspiracies around the president, and ignoring credibility issues surrounding its candidate”. He added: “From silly conspiracies on the shape of the President’s ear, a ludicrous allegation of a presidential body d...
